Welcome to this Mayflower/Bay View Beach area rental home that sleeps up to 12 in four spacious bedrooms. Enjoyable outside and inside areas for you and your family and friends to enjoy such as outside entertainment area with TV and fire pit, sun room, main floor living room, spacious kitchen with custom made table, and more. The kitchen is equipped with fun retro style appliances such as Blender, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Keurig K-Cup and Drip Coffee Pot. Perfect for you and your family to enjoy. Only a short 5-7 minutes walk away to either Mayflower and/or Bay View Beaches - whichever is your favorite. Just a few steps away from our front door is a great foot path which makes the trip to either beach so quick. Easy enough to skip home for lunch or back for the nightly sunset! Or head to Ginas or Chapins just down the street. There are have 4 spacious bedrooms - two on the main floor and two on the second floor. All with AC units. There is a total of 3 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed and 4 Twin Beds in all. Two bedrooms include computer desks for anyone wanting to include a little work or study while steps away from our beautiful beaches. Two full bathrooms (one on main floor and one on the 2nd floor) in addition to the outside shower. Plenty of space in the garage for items which you may bring - such as bikes, etc., in addition the garage houses the Beach Cart and Beach chairs provided.
